Ma non è stato un dj – mito ad ispirare i primi passi di questo esponente dell’Est Europa (conosciuto nel circuito come Adrian C), bensì un parente. Così Adrian, racconta i suoi esordi. “Ho iniziato a produrre musica elettronica circa cinque anni fa con l'aiuto di mio cugino che mi ha mostrato come funziona questo mondo e come si produce davvero il sound che poi mi hai portato ad un certo genere di produzioni.” Dai primi rudimenti poi, si è passati alla realtà. “Il mio primo Ep è stato rilasciato dalla Magnetik Grooves, un'etichetta dalla Romania. Il feeling è cresciuto,così ho iniziato a mandare demo anche ad etichette di altri paesi. In pochi mesi, i miei brani sono stati online su Beatport grazie ad etichette come Clarisse Records , Recycle Records , Azari Records ed altre ancora.
- Qualche producer di livello poi ti ha contattato, vero?
“Sì, in effetti ho collaborato con artisti come Dirty Culture, Neestor o Daniele Kama. Proprio con Daniele ho un sacco di progetti musicali tra cui release su Remote Area o Bang Bang Records. Negli ultimi mesi, poi sono usciti due miei lavori su Piston Records, che ritengo essere una label molto interessante. Al momento questo è quanto, voglio fare le cose con calma, tanto che ho solo partecipato a feste private. Ma spero fortemente che in futuro la partecipazione ad eventi ufficiali diventi realtà!”
- Della night life italiana non saprai molto. Ma come te la immagini?
“Beh, chiaramente non so molto della vostra situazione per quanto riguarda i club in Italia. Ma mi piace informarmi sia tra gli amici djs sia sul web. Per esempio da portali come Resident Advisor non è difficile capire che l'Italia è visitata dai più grandi dj provenienti da tutto il mondo. Naturalmente la speranza è quella, un giorno, di essere fra questi.”
- Essendo anche tu molto giovane, come vivi il rapporto con le nuove tecnologie?
“Senza nulla togliere a chi non la pensa come me, ma preferisco il digitale. Seguo molto coloro che suonano con il computer utilizzando magari Ableton. Ritengo si possano apportare numerose e nuovissime situazioni utilizzando software come questi. Mi piace un sacco questo approccio, davvero!”
- Seguendo il web, avrai fra i nostri djs qualche preferito …
“Mi piacciono un sacco Santos, Mauro Picotto, Daniele Kama, Libex, Luigi Rocca, Ndkj, Marco Carola, Olderic e Danilo Vigorito.
- La traccia da suonare sempre in un set?
“Non ho dubbi: Oxia - Whole Life.”
- Infine, due aggettivi per definire il tuo stato d’animo mentre suoni.
“Gioia e felicità!”
Ciò che succede un po’ a tutti, anche nella fredda Romania, quando viene concessa la possibilità di esprimersi.

have imposed almost unknown, but the high hopes, and not Italian, is
the story of another performer of DJing increased from very little to
the fore after a few productions really justified. Among these, thanks
to "La Esposa" Croitor Adrian has been able to make himself known at
least to fans of the field despite a young age and geographical origin
on the identity card which states Romania. Just recently signed then a
remix of undoubted value Tish (Square Mind).
But it was not a DJ - the myth that inspired the first steps of this
exponent of Eastern Europe (known as Adrian C in the circuit), but a
relative. So Adrian, recounts her early years. "I started producing
electronic music about five years ago with the help of my cousin who
showed me how this world and how it produces sound that then I really
have led to some kind of production." From the basics, then , we have
moved to reality. "My first EP was released from Magnetik Grooves,
label from Romania. The feeling grew, so I started sending demos to
labels in other countries also. In a few months, my songs were on
Beatport online thanks to labels like Clarisse Records, Recycle
Records, Records Azari and others.
- Any producer level then contacted you, right?
"Yes, indeed I have worked with artists such as Dirty Culture, Neestor
or Daniel Kama. It was with Daniele I have a lot of music projects
including release of Remote Area Records and Bang Bang. In recent
months, then came out of my two jobs Piston Records, a label I think
is very interesting. At the moment this is what I want to do things
slowly, so that I only attended private parties. But I strongly hope
that in future participation in official events a reality! "
- On the italian night life you will not know much . But how do you images it?
"Well, clearly I do not know much about your situation with regard to
the clubs in Italy. But I like to inform both among friends and DJs on
the web. For example, from portals like Resident Advisor is not hard
to see that Italy is visited by the biggest DJs from around the world.
Of course, the hope is to one day be among them. "
- Being very young, too, how you live the relationship with new technologies?
"Without taking anything away from those who think like me, but I
prefer digital. I follow those who play a lot with your computer using
Ableton maybe. I think you can make lots of brand new situations and
using software such as these. I like this approach a lot, really! "
